Welcome to the MuraProperty platform! By accessing or using our platform, you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms apply to all users, whether registered or browsing as a guest. By using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Services

The MuraProperty platform, operated by MuraProperty, Inc., provides tools for small landlords to manage properties, including lease renewals, financial tracking, tenant communication, and, in the future, decentralized finance (DeFi) services. Decentralized finance (DeFi) services are not currently available. When introduced, they will comply with all applicable federal and state regulations. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature at any time.

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use our platform. Services are not available outside the U.S. at this time.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account with accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

Our services require a monthly subscription fee. You agree to pay all applicable fees as outlined during signup. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may adjust fees with prior notice.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@muraproperty.com. MuraProperty, Inc. reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access for violating these Terms or for any reason without notice.

Any disputes arising from your use of the platform will be resolved through binding arbitration in Florida, USA, conducted on an individual basis. You waive the right to participate in class actions. Arbitration will be governed by the American Arbitration Association’s rules. You may seek interim relief from a Florida court if necessary.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MuraProperty, Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
